Brianna is the founder and President of Charming Events Hawai’i, where her vision and passion for creating meaningful, beautiful celebrations come to life. With over 10 years of

experience and a deep love for organization, she leads the team with creativity, heart, and aloha.

As a mom of three, Brianna enjoys hanging out with her littles, eating sweets and browsing the aisles of Target .She needs a Coke, timeline and her phone for any event day. The best part of an event for her is once it has officially begun - it's the moment where all the hardwork comes together!

Llayne serves as Vice President and Director of Operations at Charming Events Hawai’i, bringing steady leadership and a solutions-driven approach to every event. His

focus and dedication keep each celebration running seamlessly.

Watching guests enjoy themselves is his favorite part of any event. He needs a Green Monster to get through an event day and when he's not working, you can find him taking his kids out to eat at a restaurant or for a sweet treat!

Alyssa is Charming Events Hawai’i’s Special Events Manager, overseeing our venue’s clients and the behind-the-scenes magic that brings our festivals to life. With her expertise and organizational finesse, she ensures every event runs smoothly and

creates unforgettable experiences for all.

Alyssa is very big on family and friends. Any free time she has, she loves to be surrounded by them. Seeing it all come together is her favorite part of events and she could not live without sunscreen, a hat and water for festival days!

Heather has been with Charming Events Hawaii for four years, bringing meticulous organization and a calm presence to every wedding she does. Known for her attention to detail and warm style, she ensures each celebration runs with ease and leaves couples stress-free on their big day.

Heather is a big time shopper and a bigger time dog lover. When she's not working, you can find her binge watching tv series or annoying her pets and husband. Her favorite part about weddings are the rehearsals and a diet coke and her Apple Watch are her wedding day fundamentals.

With a passion for creativity, Avery brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to crafting unforgettable experiences!

Her event day must-haves include: Enlightenmint Yerba Mate and an Ahi Hand Roll. A true free spirit, you can find Avery shelling, free diving or at the beach with a book!  She enjoys bringing positive energy to every event and loves to see her planning come to life through events.

Taylor joined Charming Events Hawaii in the beginning of 2025 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the team. With her positive energy and willingness to learn new

things, she brings fresh creativity and fun to every celebration she’s part of.

Taylor enjoys taking her dog to the beach or on a hike! She loves the special moments each couple gets to share with their guests and she can't live without a snack, sunscreen and water at any event.

Marie is the youngest Lead Coordinator on the Charming Events team, bringing vibrant energy to every wedding she plans. Her organization and natural leadership shines through in each celebration she helps bring to life.

In her free time, Marie enjoys sewing and making her own patterns along the way. She needs a Coke, timeline, emergency items and her awesome team to have a great event day! Her favorite part of weddings are the details and helping couples talk through their vision and expectations so she can help make them a reality.

Paige is certainly a beloved team member with the Charming Events Team! Her calm demeansor and enthusiasm to create beautiful memories help shape each event she is a part of.

Paige loves making everything look it's absolute best for our clients. She needs a Celsius, baby scissors and good vibes to get through events and when she's not working, you can find her trying new coffee shops, crocheting or at the beach, shelling!

Gabe brings a dependable presence to the Charming Events Hawaii team. Known for his hard work, humor, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, he helps ensure each event runs smoothly and every detail is perfectly in place.

At the beach with his dog, Luna, is Gabe's happy place. He survives a full event day with one (or two) Monsters and his favorite part of a wedding is the family photos - when he's allowed to have the microphone to coordinate. 

Rachelle has been with Charming Events Hawai’i since the very beginning, supporting the team as an Assistant Coordinator. Her friendly personality, can-do attitude, and

dedication helps ensure every wedding runs seamlessly from start to finish.
